Summer Closure Dates

The museum will be closed for annual maintenance from July 21 – November 7 and will re-open to visitors on November 8, 2025. During this time, our online Gift Store will remain open (Revs Institute Gift Store), and our office staff will be available Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm for calls, event rental inquires, and ticketing inquiries 239-687-REVS (7387).

When We Are Open

Revs Institute is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10 AM – 4 PM. All visitors must purchase tickets online for specific dates and times in advance, with admission available every half-hour from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. To book a Group Tour for 10 or more, please contact Guest Services at 239-687-7387.

Explore the collections freely at your own pace. Encounter rare and treasured automobiles without barriers and – as a benefit of timed entry – without overcrowding. Our knowledgeable volunteer Station Guides are posted throughout the galleries as a resource for all our visitors, they will be happy to answer your questions and offer additional insights.
Join our expert Docents for a two-hour guided tour through the museum galleries, followed by a special 15-minute walk through the workshop where our cars are restored and maintained. Available at 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM.

General admission is included. Please note children and students must be at least 9 years old to participate.

The Evolution of Speed Tour: How racing change the world, offered every Saturday at 12:30 PM from November 8 through December 27. This specialty tour takes you deep into the REVS Gallery, where the evolution of racing unfolds across nine thrilling decades. Witness early marvels like the 1902 Mors Type Z and 1913 Peugeot Type L3 Coupe de L'auto Voiturette - pioneers that paved the way for icons like the 1967 Gurney Eagle. Hear stories of daring drivers, fierce rivalries, and the relentless drive to go faster. A must for racing fans and history buffs alike!

Discounts of $5 per ticket for students, active military/veterans, and teachers, at checkout. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

About Your Ticket

  • We welcome visitors with service and guide dogs on a leash with a proper harness.
  • We limit the number of admissions per day to create a more intimate visitor experience within our galleries, and help protect our objects. The cars within each gallery are on display without museum barriers, which allows an added dimension for the visitor.
  • All tickets are non-refundable and may not be transferred to individuals who do not meet the criteria for general admission as set out in the policies and procedures. Please review our visitor guide and guidelines for more information. Purchase of admission implies consent by visitors to be photographed, and for visitor’s likeness to be used in Revs Institute’s promotional materials without compensation or further consent.
