About
Revs Institute is more than a car museum — it is a place to view the evolution of modernity through a different lens. Its museum houses one of the world’s great automobile collections, curated for historic, aesthetic, technological, and societal significance.
The collections on display in the Museum are distributed among four themed galleries.
Automobility
Experience the automobiles that shaped the 20th century and changed the way we live, travel and work, 1896 – 2015
Vitesse
Peer into the evolution of high-performance auto racing with the rarest and most groundbreaking specimens of engineering and design
Revs

Porsche
A chronological journey through Porsche’s most important and iconic models, 1949 – 1971
As you explore 80,000 square feet and three stories of living history, you will discover automobiles that changed human history. The automobiles are displayed free of protective barriers, allowing visitors intimate access. All cars are operational or capable of operation. These cars are kept alive in the world through shows, loans to other institutions, and even motor racing competitions at national and international venues.
Revs Institute values the importance of preserving automobiles in their original, untouched and patinated state. As stewards of some of the rarest automobiles in the world, we have taken extraordinary steps to ensure the collection remains viable for generations to come. Not only is the building pressurized, but the air is twice-filtered to minimize contaminants.
General Admission allows you to explore the galleries at your own pace; timed entry prevents crowding, enhancing your enjoyment. Volunteers are strategically placed throughout the museum to answer questions or provide more context.
