“Charles Lindbergh”
Lindbergh’s solo flight across the Atlantic made him a worldwide hero and a popular figure with the French public. The wings and aviator cap help distinguish his identity, and the year of his feat is inscribed on the base. This prototype never went into production, likely due to its size and complexity.
Briggs Cunningham was one of the first to use two-way radios at Le Mans in 1950 by installing them in both the LeMonstre and the Petit Pataud. You can see both cars at Revs.
