1965 Lotus-Ford Race Car – Dario Franchitti Wallpaper

Dario has said time and again this was a highlight of his career.  In 2010 he had the opportunity to get behind the wheel and drive the 1965 Lotus-Ford that Jimmy Clark won the  1965 Indianapolis 500 in.

The car was a lightweight monocoque Lotus Chassis.

The power came from a 256 cu. in. Ford V-8 that produced 495HP.
